Federal-Mogul Corporation is an American developer, manufacturer and supplier of products for automotive, commercial, aerospace, marine, rail and off-road vehicles; and industrial, agricultural and power-generation applications. Federal-Mogul Motorparts sells and distributes a broad portfolio of products through more than 20 of the world's most recognized brands in the global vehicle aftermarket, while also serving original equipment vehicle manufacturers with products including braking, wipers and a range of chassis components.

After Tenneco acquired Federal-Mogul in October 2018 and Öhlins Racing in January 2019, DRiV was united into a single Tenneco business division dedicated to Ride Performance and Motorparts.
