Mitsubishi Logisnext
The Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks brand was formed in 1992 when MHI entered a joint venture with Caterpillar Inc. In February 2013, Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks has signed an agreement with the Japanese company Nichiyu to create Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co., Ltd. In October 2017, Mitsubishi Logisnext Co., Ltd. is born through the business integration of Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co., Ltd. and Unicarriers Corporation.
Logisnext means ''Logistical Equipment & System Solutions Next'' and includes a strong wish to be a company providing customers with optimal solutions successively together with contribution to future society from both sides of logistical equipment and logistic system.
