Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co., Ltd. is a Japanese company belonging to the Mitsubishi Group and one of the largest forklift manufacturers in the world. In 2015, the company, together with the parent company Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), the largest shareholder, took over the competitor UniCarriers and thus the brands Atlet, Nissan Forklift and TCM .

In October 2017, Mitsubishi Logisnext Co., Ltd. is born through the business integration of Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co., Ltd. and Unicarriers Corporation. Logisnext means ''Logistical Equipment & System Solutions Next'' and includes a strong wish to be a company providing customers with optimal solutions successively together with contribution to future society from both sides of logistical equipment and logistic system.
